He also said that you should check the Journal on your account to see if there is any entry regarding the transaction in question. Journals are not visible using the read-only access, only the account holder can see the Journal entries for their account(s).
You can find the Journal tab in the terminal window on the bottom of your screen when you are logged into MT4.
I didn't see any recent journal entries so I guess I just have to wait until finance opens.
As I said I will alert them once they are online. If you use skype add me, my username is in my signature, and I will contact you as soon as I hear anything.

Hi
Actually you can check the previous journal log book.
Follow my step given above.
All journal history will save automatically on
C:\Program Files\MetaTrader - FXOpen\logs
depending on where you setup/install the meta4 platform folder.
As long you not formatted the computer or deleted all meta4 file or folder the journal should still save.
Good morning,
a few days ago I was 100% sure that fxopen is one of the best (ECN) brokers and my intention was to open an ECN account in the near future. But after reading some Forum entries like this one here, I am really not sure if I would make a good choice.
In order to clear my doubts please would someone be so kind and let me know about the outcome of d4amenace's problem!? I find it really disappointing to read that a client need to wait several days to get a respond back from management or is asked to send an email to this and this group when raising an issue, from the client service point of few I consider it as a week service.
probably d4amenace would be the best to give an update here.
since he doesnt write more, assume his problem came to some settlement.
about the rest: there isnt flowless broker out there. one has good customer service and high spread, the other has low spread, and problem with withdrawal...you can read lots of ratings around the internet.
FXopen isnt perfect neither, but i think given what you might have to choose from, they are a decent choice if you looking a generally reliable broker where you can trade with not too many issues, and be able to withdraw your earnings too.

Hi,
About d4amenace issue, he/she will need contact to manager@fxopen.com or finance@fxopen.com to check more detail. No one here cant check more further, only authority Staff can check more further and this issue needed him to send an email officially. And actually from their side he/she can check 1st under journal history.
And remember like this issue the answer only will send by email to client for security reason.
