Install MT4 in Linux OS

I haven't thought it is really possible unless you create a partition of the 2 OS. So there is this WineHQ. Are there any other applications or WineHQ is unique in the market?

I am so too,i just have windows and never use linux operating system,if anyone knows,wich better between ,linux and windows? since use windows,so far still okey used for running platform metatrader

I am use fedora 16. and wine for run mt4. since i use mt4 in wine few year ago i never get trouble

How about in Linux VPS. I need a step by step tutorial on this. Maybe we can install WineHQ on Linux VPS and finally install Metatrader. The problem is... how exactly can you do this? I'm using debian.

if it is better to replace the windows again?

yes , i prefer using windows for trading with mt4, because now i so difficult to instal mt4 on linux ubuntu because instalation new of mt4 using download website, not single file .exe

actually in linux would be much more stable, compared with more frequent crashes windows, although the installation is much more difficult than the installation in windows.

yes i agree with you, that linux more stabil, linux also more fast in internet connections. no virus will be attact our operating system too.

MT4 make for windows. So I don't think our windows will often crash only because we install mt4. I have more than 5 mt4 installed in my computer and that was no problem with it. Crass windows often happen because we use application that need many memory so our computer will work hard.

i hope in next mt4 will be instal in linux without wine, and metaquest will build mt4 / mt5 for linux kde or gnome, because many people use linux now, because linux more stable and fast in internet, beside that linux more safe from viruses.
