An IB or Introducing Broker, introduces or "refers" traders to a broker. In that sense they are one in the same. Here at FXOpen we sometimes refer to the regional directors as IB's, which requires a bit more effort than the standard referral system as you need to handle customer service as well.

All in all the basics are the same; refer clients to FXOpen and make a commission.

I think the job of them are the same in fact. The more customers you bring here the more commision you could got.

IBs commission is bit higher then usual refferral.
You will get commission as soon as your refferral will start to trade open/close trades.

I clicked into the "partnership" tab on fxopen.com and all i see is how you can earn commision using your referal link and i thought this is the only kind affiliate programme we can participant, now where can i see details on IB?

Just a little UPD: it's better to address your IB request to ib@fxopen.com. If you send it to manager@fxopen.com, it will be redirected to ib@fxopen.com anyway, but it's always better to send it directly to ib@fxopen.com

Have you guys ever heard of becoming a IB for a forex trader rather than a broker? I know you can make a lot of money and its residual. Post any info if you have it... Nice website...
