IB means Introducing Broker. To be an IB you need to be dedicated to the job. You would promote the broker and introduce new traders to the platform. You may also offer a high level of first tier support to your clients and in some cases work long hours in order to reach your objectives.

You can add referal link in your signature for example and make good posts or support potential clients so they might use your link to register an account...
There are many other ways as well.

I think you can say that....IB not that far with referral..tell to anybody about...promote it...invite them into...
fxopen still need more trader....more traders more spread more money...
and they give you some shares....in commission...each lot or something.

IBs commission is bit higher then usual refferral.
You will get commission as soon as your refferral will start to trade open/close trades.
