Default investing with high risk manager?

There are some PAMM managers who are of high risk in there trading, and account management.

Is it advisable to invest into such accounts, no matter the profits?

I think that every investors will worry about their profit and no one will want their account to run in loss.

My question here is that how one will identify that the particular PAMM manager is taking high risk compared to the others.

When you check their account performance and statements, it should show that. Normally, I watch out for drawdowns

Any way to watch their working pattern - means what strategy they are following - i think the PAMM Managers will not going to disclose those.

@kalex, most pamm managers describe their strategies, but at the end, they won't get to follow it. They will change their trading behaviour due to quest for more profits

If you are investing with a high risk taker manager, so it means that you have high chances of receiving both big profits and big losses. As a small trader, we can not afford to even a small loss, so instead of looking for big profits in small time, we should look for small but steady profitss. We should invest with such managers who have a good money managment, and whose winning ratio is high than his lossing ratio..

investing with such manger means that you should be ready to take the very large loss that may come your way if he makes mustakes.

Its a very right point you said - it also happens when the market trend doesn't go according to the perfect plan as the investing amount is more, always there will an extra pressure to multiply that.

Its not like the market trend don't go with plans, but its mostly caused by their desire for more profits

I think its not all time that greed may be the main cause but failure of strategy implementation also may be there.Anything can happen in trading.

There are times when the market movements don't go as analysed, every good trader should quit trading, but high risk traders will still gamble it

when those high risk traders keep trading it simply means that they take forex trading as gambling not as as business becuase every business man want o buy at low cost to make large profits
