Once i read a post similar like urs in other forum, and i collected from them a mt4 .ex4 file, which am attached here, try that, may be its that. (am not sure)

How to use : as i read something like install it, open mt4 now open 1H chart or 5m chart and put this upon there, now change the time parameter then connect your internet, wait and see how it works.

the best thing fore the time frames is to stick to the normal default time frames rather than looking for more confusing TF

Here is another suggestion which i have seen on another forum, may be you can try this. I will paste the quote.

"how to create custom time frame in metatrader:
as we know, there are only 1 minutes,5 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes , 1 hour, 4 hour, 1 day, 1 week and 1 month time frame in metatrader. but, with some trick we can make unusual time frame, like 2 hour time frame.

example we want see chart GBP/USD with 2 hour time frame

first, we open GBP/USD time frame 1 hour, after that chart ready we open navigator (or press ctrl + n) after navigator opened, we search script, and go to period_converter. drag these to the chart.

in the input tab, change value of ExtperiodMultiplier to 2 (because we want change 1 hour time frame to 2 hour time frame) and on the common tab activate all the options.

after you change that settings press ok.

when the box has disappear, click file in the top left corner, and select open offline (shortcut key Alt + F, Alt + O).
in the history menu, search GBP/USD,H2, and press open button.

and congratulation!! you have GBP/USD 2 hour time frame..

For those who are interested please try on MetaTrader4. I myself prefer to use TF H1 and M15 for daily trading. For the weekly trend of using D1 and H4. So just use the standard TF in MT4.

Why would anyone want to change the time frames. Most of the traders use the default time frames and they also trades in accordance with the patterns that appear mostly on larger time frames so its a best practice to trade with the default time frames that are available in MT4.

I don't really know how to use it. I'm already apply your indicator and attacht it but nothing change. We use it as indicator, EA or script? Thank for advance. Maybe step by step example will help me much.

@ radex78 may be its not for script folder, better put that is Indicator and in EA section and run mt4 and do as per instruction, if u saw its working from EA section then go back to ur mt4 folder and delete the indicator section's same file and if u saw its working as Indicator then delete the file from EA section from ur pc.
I didn't tried that, some one asked for that, i found and shared here.

thank sir i has try this and work fine with my EA. so i can get time frame M20. that more saver for my money management

Well different TF, I need that because I got an EA that use TF M2, so i must set my MT4 to the TF M2 to use my EA. I' sure thre a people out thre have different strategy that use different TF.
