Help on Demo Account

Hello,
If i try to register for a demo account on MT4 trading platform, after filling the form. the login number & password wont display for me to start trading demo.

What can be the problem?

I'd the same problem a few weeks ago, no matter how many times I deleted and re-installed the setup program I didn't get it to show password details etc:

Think I did do something like download a different setup.exe and everything worked ok, I'll try it again and see if I'm right and let you know.

Ps: Can you confirm if you downloaded the setup file from FXOpen's main website?

I just try it also, and get same result...then I try install FXOpen ECN Demo server, and same result, both can't connect to MT4 demo server.

So I believe this happen because server technical trouble or Demo server IP address has changed (example: 74.86.131.115:443).

Try this new demo IP address 50.22.208.151:80
Open your FXOpen MT4, fill this IP address in menu 'Tools - Options', and copy-paste this new address in 'server'.

Other solution is just to re-download and replace file 'FXOpen-Demo.srv' manually.

I hope your idea works for DestinysGuy, I simply keep the fxopen folder in my 2nd harddrive and exchange each time I need another demo platform.

Now to open new demo account please use this link -->

You also can open new demo account inside trader cabinet after you login .
https://cabinet.fxopen.com/AddAccount/Demo.aspx

I suggest please download new mt4 software then install.
After login mt4 using the demo account create from the website then please update you mt4 version ..
Version 4.00 Build 409.
After done update, the mt4 will restart and normally you can create new demo account within mt4.

You should focus first on a demo account and learn to use MetaTrader4. After that you can learn to be expert trading strategies in real trading later with FXOpen.

In order to avoid too many time wasting and complications, i advice you to delete and uninstall it. Download a new one for your use.

You should focus first on a demo account and learn to use MetaTrader4. After that you can learn to be expert trading strategies in real trading later with FXOpen.

You are right about that I didn't start with FXOpen I only started using FXOpen after I have learnt and demo traded with another broker.
