FXOpen Trader for Android – Beta Test It!

I like this idea (fxOpen to android)
I run it on Samsung Galaxy S2 with android os 2.3.5 and everything is fine

i tested it and I see it has a lot of potential... but it can always bee better
my suggestion is to make avalible to make template from combination of indicators that i have on chart...

if you have few diferent strategy (like combo of MA and shocastic...and they have your own costum made values, and then you want to check out how graph stands with rsi, heiken ashi and cci with my own settings).....
it would be so much easier to load desired template then every time put desired indicators on graph and input costum variable settings

Ps. where is MACD ??

A new alpha version was demoed at the recent Expos on Galaxy Tab 10.1, and Nexus S and Galaxy S+ phones. A lot of new features are being added and I am assured that a normal MacD and Moving average will be in the final version released.

The drawing tools are missing. At least add the horizontal, vertical and trend lines drawing functions.

We've received a lot of feedback about adding drawing tools and graphic objects to FXOpen Android Trader functionality. We have reported this to our development team so that they consider implementing this in on of the next versions of the application.

What i see FXOPEN android program need to run with sim card.
If you run without sim card or run internet using WIFI, its will not work.
I already test with my Galaxy Tab 7.1" ...its only can work if the simcard are inside If not its will not work .

There was such issue with the 1st version of FXOpen Android Trader that we uploaded on to the market. This SIM card problem was already fixed in the following versions. Try downloading and installing the latest version from the market. Normally, Anrdoid Trader should work normally with WiFi connection even without a SIM card. If you still cannot establish WiFi connection even with the latest version, the port 5003 might be blocked by your provider. The only way for you to check about the port, is to ask your internet provider or network admin about it.

Templates is a good point. Thank you, Azeloth, for suggesting it. I reported your suggestion to our development team, they will consider implementing templates in one of the following versions.

Right now, our priority is to make the version with demo trading options available on the market. It is almost ready and will be uploaded to the market very soon. Those who visited FXOpen booth at the latest Forex Expos in Abu Dhabi, Shanghai and Moscow already had a chance to see how it works.

After this, more bells and whistles, like templates and drawing tools will be added.

i have downloaded and installed in my sony xperia pro and really looking forward to trade live with it. currently using only at laptop and find not that convenient sometimes.

the demo trading look good just need additional step to enter an order. but overall is acceptable again, hope to trade live on it soon.

additionally, if there is a line drawing tool include will be better, rather than just all the indicator.
