We do apologize for the temporary inconveniences and recommend our customers to stay away from depositing and withdrawing funds via Moneybookers during these 3.5 hours.

If you made a payment within this timeframe and it did not go through, please, contact FXOpen Finance Department at finance@fxopen.com (for deposits, submit a Notice about payment via MyFXOpen area before e-mailing finance) .
