ECN DEMO offquotes constantly

i am trying to test a trailing EA on the DEMO ECN platform and I am having severe problems with the order execution. It happens almost every time i try to open ot close a position. I get the "off quotes" error.

Another strange occurrence that has never happened before is partial fills and closes. I could not get a 0.1 lot position to open so i attempted to open a 1 lot position. Several off quotes error messages later I recieved a partial fill for 0.92 lots. i tried to open another position of 1 lot and it opened immediately. Then I tried to close them. The 1 lot position did a partial close of 0.98 lot and I cannot close out the last 0.02 lot position left over. Have tried continuously for about 5 minutes while watching the chart updating constantly. I tried to close out the other 0.92 lot position and it closed out immediately.

I just tried again on the 0.02 lot position and finally was able to close it. It took a total of about 10 minutes to close that position.
My demo acc# is 382724. I would appreciate it if someone from FXOpen could check into this and make certain that there all is well. I would very much hate to find out that a real problem existed and was affecting the main servers along with the demo server.

I notices the problem already reported to our dealing and IT department, and the problem already solved/fixed.
