Can you help me, how to install mt4 mobile in Sony Ericsson M1i Aspen.
I already install dan copy cinfig server to program file, but until now i can not login.
I can not connect to server although GPRS, 3G dan HSDPA connected.

I think you should visit the web page of fxopen and find the application for metatrader to be able to download the correct application for your mobile device and you need to check if you mobile device is supported.

There is the possibility of internet connection you are weak. Or the chart you show is not appropriate. Are you open a micro account? FXOpen, the GBPUSD code is different with GBPUSD. (Micro accounts). So you have to adjust the chart by right-clicking the symbol, and then show the chart.

JUst try with open new pair after you see waiting for update,example,if you already open pair GBPUSD and still see warning waiting for update,open new chart with same pair,so in this case is GBPUSD pair,open new chart for GBPUSD once again,if that way can't work,i don't have any idea anymore

Try to update your mt4 platform. I even ever got message "old version" that make I didn't get update chart from my MT4. Internet connection can be the other problem. If you use slow internet connection, this problem often occur. For me, I'm prefer to load new chart by right click the pair that I want to show the chart.

If you change IP then connect to MT4, i think that is nomarl, its no effect to your connect

Hi

You will see at the bar connection status on the bottom .
If any error appear, its will appear no connection/invalid account/disable account or others.
If you get connection then the bar connection will show in green/blue or green/red.

when our Mt4 not connected to the internet , try another data centre on button of icon conection mt4. select the data center neares with our country, if this way fail, please upgrade your mt4

mt4 not conected many reason , first our internet conection is not good/slowly, second server from broker is going down . for better chose different data center to make conection go on again.

I think we didn't need to change our server. Just wait for several time, the mt4 will find server that still have low connectivity. High connectivity level will surely affect server performance.

Yes i noticed, so far if my connection weaken,it make connection to the serrver being disconnect or slow connection,but i think server traffic also can affected to connection to the server,i am ever try to modify order but have warning if trade contexs is busy
