There is no need to use indicators if you are good in news trading. The news trading system can make you very good profit in short time but it is more risky than the system involving indicators.

If you are good at news trading then it ill only allow you to trade on the basis of news or at the time of news update after analyzing its impact on the markets , apart from that you will not be able to trade due to lack of knowledge.

There are some expert traders who have so much experience and knowledge in these markets that they trade by watching market movements and also their analysis for sure and they do not use indicators. They are more educated . Do you think they are illiterates ?

the debate : Indicator based trading is good or naked (no indicator in use) trading is good when it's call trading forex?
is so similar like Guys are the best in cheating or Gals when its call Love and relationship?
so the conclusion may be : "There are numerous paths - just choose what suits you best"
both two types of trading have their own pros and cons both trading styles are generated by traders for traders like us, and they never said any particular path - as best for taking profits in pips, all are same, more or less same, you have to see loses no matter what path you chosen, the only tag line is : "Try to survive by making a little more pips than loosing you are"

Very well explained mate as every trader has a different way to trade with different goals and objectives and it is up to a trade which strategy to use. Some traders who do not have idea of the markets use indicators whereas some who have experience and know about market movements do not use them .

i must say that there are very few traders who don't know that how to use indicators so that's why they don't do trading by using indicators but mostly traders always use indicators to get the maximum profits from this field.

I just want to say that, Indicators follow the price not followed by the price.. that's why there are some false signals or repainted indicators... Using Indicators or not it depends on the trader it self...
