Why ECN Demo has commission and swap charges disabled??? :(

Hi FXOpen,

I remmeber FXOpen ECN Demo used to have commission charges applied to trades but recently new demo ECN account has no commission or swap rate charges applied to open positions



I really hope that FXOpen make demo as real as REAL ECN account by enabling commission and swap rate charges to mimic the REAL LIVE ECN account so that we can realistically test our system

I just checked and their are commissions charged for demo ECN accounts.

One thing I can think of, are you using a relatively new demo account? I know some changed have gone on in the background recently in order for demo to more closely match the live and to test new features for the live servers such as the introduction of Gold and Silver to the ECN.

Try opening a trade on a new demo account to see if that makes a difference.
