what's wrong with ECN demo plateform?

my ea send a pending order (sell stop) but the price drop down many pips ,it was not excuted ,and i cannot deleted it manully or by ea , when i restart plateform ,the order do not exist ,but an excuted order on there .
i had met this before ,that time ,price drop down many pips and arise up many pips later ,never excute my pending order .
why ? the live chat man said it is my plateform cause ,is it wright ?or sever problem ?

The picture are to small. Cant read its.
Maybe you can post the normal size.
Sometimes this error can happen because of a technical issues when you attempt to closed or delete the position that has already been closed or open. This is a display issue and the trade that is visible in the mt4 platform has actually been closed/open but never updated in mt4.

If the server having problem, you trade will not executed at all.
I also tested, all pending order can executed as normal and can be deleted too without problem.

i have just met a similiar one , i can not close an opening order manully or by ea ,
even if restart plateform .

i try two times just now to upload a same order picture ,but not success.

this is not real ecn or there is a severe bug .i try to close this order many times ,no success.
