FXOpen ECN Demo and ECN Live acounts feeds

hi fxopen,

any idea why ecn demo accounts has 5 digit decimal feeds ranging of 0.1 whereas live ecn account only has spready of fixed 0.5 changes?

will FXOpen offer 0.1 increment instead of 0.5?

I'm very sure many ECN traders would like to see increment by 0.1 instead of 0.5

Yes, demo ECN has changed to show single "pippette" increments. As to whether that will go for the live server, I do not know. I have put the question to our tech support manager. If there is a change coming, it will be announced officially and soon.

Was wondering is there is a spike in NZD related pairs in the ECN Platform today (18th April, Time 0.00), coz it happens to the market maker platform.

There was no spike on the ECN platform. If you experienced a loss from a spike, please email a claim to chiefdealer@fxopen.com with the affected order number and what your desired result would be.
