 Quotes API for MetaTrader, C++, .NET, Java
We have developed new Quotes API to get live quotes and volumes (Level2) from our server.
To use this API you should use QuotesTransmiter library. This library can be used in various development environments and languages (MQL, C++, C# and other .NET languages, Java) on the Windows platform.

this is for quotes only, correct? we cannot get fill confirmation and other real-time account feedback with this tool?
