The fundamental concept behind this type of system is similar to that of a moving average system. The idea is that when a new high or low is established, the price movement is most likely to continue in the direction of the breakout. One indicator that can be used in determining breakouts is a simple Bollinger band overlay. Bollinger bands show averages of high and low prices, and breakouts occur when price meets the edges of the bands. Breakouit system,i ever read any strategy with breakout system using fractal,but i am never try use breakouit with fractal,and usually target profit just around 5-10 pips in 5 minute timeframe use this method

break out the system can indeed be very beneficial because it would make the following open positions or to follow the trend of price movement that comes out of it if you can keep the rules of discipline prescribed in strategy it possible will be able to turn a profit.

Trading forex breakouts is one of the more basic trading strategies, but nevertheless it can deliver excellent profits. It's based around the whole premise that if a currency pair is trading in a very tight range for a sustained period of time, then eventually it will break out of that range and more often than not it will continue moving in the direction of the breakout.

At times there can be false break outs so as a trader you need to be careful of them and should be able to identify the real and true break outs while trading and before you perform your trades .

There are some breakout indicators like London box and new york box. We can try these indicators first on demo account and see in which direction the price has broken out and then put order in that direction

Brakouts system in my opinion also required use risk management,sometime false breakout occur,bolinger band for brakout,i am not understnad how to used,because i ever read bolinger band will good work on range market,because often upper band as resistance and lower band being support
