Initial Deposit 1000$ FXOpen shows 960 in Terminal
Hi,
I need to understand as to why FXOpen has deducted 40$ on my initial deposit of $1000. Currently in the terminal it shows only $960.
I deposited through Alert Pay. Alert Pay does not have any fees for sending money.
FXOpen said it wouldnt charge any fee for deposit and withdrawal. So where did my $40 go?
Im waiting for your response. Quick response is much appreciated. and Why is your LIVE chat not working? I dont find any one there!
Thanks
Vinod

FXOpen Customers Support
Hello,
When you fund your RXOpen account via Alert Pay, FXOpen does not deduct anything but you have to pay all transfer fees, charged by Alert Pay.
Alert pay fees for transfering money from a personal account (your account), to a business account (our account) may be as high as 3-4% of the transfer amount.

thanks for the rprompt reply
So that means they have charged 4% of the deposit. And they have clearly written that they do not charge fees on their fee structure. I will enquire with them.
Thanks again

Hi,
We already mention about Alert Pay fees on the Deposited/withdraw paged -->
We accept Alert Pay for funds deposits/withdrawals to/from your account.
We do not deduct any fees for AlertPay deposits but AlertPay system has some fees. Details;
https://www.alertpay.com/Fees.aspx
Please make sure when you using any e-currency system, you know how they work.
FXOPEN only will credited what fxopen received after any fees charges on transfer amount. Its same like when you make a wire transfer to other people, who received the money will found the amount are not full when have fees charges for that transaction.
Thanks

Bullish
For Vinod's case whereby he transacted US$1000 and after paying the charges and left US$960 in his FXOpen's account, is he still entitled to 1:500 leverage???
