cannot change leverage

Hi i have logged in to my cabinet and went to setting > personal > but my leverage cannot be change at all. It had auto change from 1:200 to 1:100 (think due to my less than 1k amt). but my account is ecn and now i have at least 1k and above in my account, still cannot be click and change. kindly advise how to fix this.... thks

You can get it changed by email to finance@fxopen.com or you can tell me your account number and I will ask for it to be done

My leverage was 1:500. After login the cabinet. It is back to 1:100.

For ECN accounts with net deposit less than $1000 (the minimum initial deposit for ECN accounts) , the maximum allowable leverage is 1:100.
So, if you chose 1:500 in account registration, but now your account balance is less than $1000 - your leverage will be automatically set to 1:100.
If you make an additional deposit, you will be able to go back to 1:500 or any other leverage higher than 1:100 again.

To change it, please, send an e-mail to finance@fxopen.com as RebateFX suggested

A have the same problem trying to change leverage from 1:100 to 1:500 but it stays not clickable even after i raised my account above i 1000$ , emailed support no response no answer so why is that option there when is not working. Can somebody pl. changit thnx.

Hi,

Im sure that are ECN account, on ECN account if you want to change leverage it only can do by finance department. So please email the request to finance@fxopen.com to change you leverage. Make sure you dont have any open position when request and the balance must above 1kusd.

If you have an ECN account, you should send a request to finance@fxopen.com or come to FXOpen live chat to change your leverage
