Account leverage changed from 1:500 to 1:100

Hi I would like find out why my act leverage has been changed to 1:100,it was 1:500 when I created my account.
So please change it back to 1:500,my ecn account # is 260083

Hi

If you balance are below 1kusd, you only can used 1:100 leverage.
Only balance more than 1kusd to 25kusd can used 1:1 to 1:500 leverage.
We already mention this rule before you opening new account -->
--> Leverage from 1:1 to 1:500 (1:500 allowed for accounts from US$1000 to US$25000)
So either you adding more balance to you trading account or you need to use 1:100 leverage.
