I am an Investor. How do I withdraw funds from my Managed Account?

FXOpen offers 3 types of withdrawal requests for PAMM accounts. You can choose one depending on the time, when you want your request to be executed.

• Planned withdrawal request
• Early withdrawal request
• Close account.


Planned withdrawal request

A planned withdrawal request is a request to withdraw funds from a Managed account at the end of a Trading Interval.

Please, follow these steps to submit an early withdrawal request:

1. Login to MyFXOpen. Go to menu “PAMM” / ”Investor”.
2. From the list of accepted offers select the one from which you want to withdraw. You‘ll be redirected to a page detailing your Investor’s Balance.
3. In the list of Offers select “Withdrawal”.
4. Enter the sum you want to withdraw in the “Amount” field on the next page.
5. Put a check mark next to “End of trading interval” (the date on which the Trading Interval ends will show up in the “Date to Execute” field).
6. Enter your PIN-code and select “Withdraw Funds”.

Attention! The withdrawal request may be rejected if :

• Investor’s Balance at the end of the Trading Interval is less than the amount in your withdrawal request.
• Investor’s Balance after the request has been executed will be less than the Minimal Remaining Balance, specified in the Manager ‘s Offer.


Early withdrawal request

Early request - a request to withdraw funds from a Managed account during the specified Rollover before the end of a Trading Interval.

Please, follow these steps to submit an early withdrawal request:

1. Login to MY FXOpen area. In menu chose “PAMM” / “Investor”.
2. From the list of accepted offers select the one from which you want to withdraw. You‘ll be redirected to a page detailing your Investor’s Balance.
3. Chose “Withdrawal” in the “Offers” list.
4. Enter the sum you want to withdraw in the “Amount” field on the next page.
5. Use the pop-up menu in the “Date to execute” field to choose the date when you want your withdrawal request to be processed.
6. Enter your PIN-code and click “Withdraw funds”.

Note! When your Early Withdrawal Request is processed, the Early Withdrawal Penalty will be deducted from the amount you withdraw.


Close account.

Close account - a request to withdraw the whole Investor’s Balance during the Next Rollover.

Please, follow these steps to submit a Close account request:

1. Login to MY FXOpen area. In menu chose “PAMM” / “Investor”.
2. From the list of accepted offers select the one from which you want to withdraw. You‘ll be redirected to a page detailing your Investor’s Balance.
3. Click “Close Account” in the “Additional links” section.
4. Enter your PIN-code and put a check mark next to “Do you really want to submit a liquidation request?” to confirm the operation.
5. Click “Submit request”.

Note! When your Close account Request is processed, the Early Withdrawal Penalty, if specified, will be deducted from the amount you withdraw.
