The minimum trading volume at Demo or Live is 1 lot (100000 points of base currency).

I've been reading a lot of ECN account and interested on trying, so I started on demo.

But unfortunately I can not express my trading condition, I mean with leverage which I know live acct can have 1:500, and amount to start which I believe is $1000 as min.

Demo account can not give me the chance to test it, since it was fixed on $50,000 amount to start and can not change the leverage.
Can this be change later, I really want to try my strategy with my limited amount of money

the only thing I can advise now is to use 0.1 lot as a minimum trade volume with Demo account and proper MM to have a "feeling" of live account.

Since your advice is for NOW, can I suggest an input so later the demo account can express more the same as live account, this should make us easier to be more confident on opening ECN account.

The min transaction size in LIVE ECN is now 0.1 lot as well/ So, the trading conditions on LIVE and DEMO ECN are the same.

I did my research already and I know about the lot size already but thanks anyway, I am asking question about leverage and amount to start on demo account. And I tell you why I'm asking this.

Actually I'm trading using my own robot which is now doing fine on micro account, so I'm planning ahead if my account go bigger I should use another type of account and it came to me that ECN is suit my need. But before I do open the account I just want to have the feeling of running my robot on ECN account, unfortunately I can not do that because it has some limitation including the leverage. And I don't want to risk open $1000 ECN account just to try it.

So I'm hoping that I can use demo account first to try with the amount I can afford and the leverage my robot can still support. Well I don't get the answer for now just like FXOpen manager said, so since my planning is also took time, then I'm suggesting maybe later the demo account can give me/us some liberty on choosing amount to start and the leverage.

Boss, why on ecn demo we can't use balance $1000?

Unfortunately ECN MT4 does not allow to customize deposit on demo account. You get $50,000 when you open an ECN demo account by default.
