Talking about ECN account, there are no restrictions, you can oopen/close straight away.
Talking about Standard accounts there are few limitations, I am not sure, but we are talking about seconds and to know more detailed information you can write to chiefdealer@fxopen.com .

In a true ECN enviroment there are no any limitations for the lenght of the deal. Anyone with such 2 minutes limitations can not be ECN-broker.

Look at it as "Scalping":

Forex Scalping can also be called quick trading. It's a method where traders allow their positions to last only for a matter of seconds, to a full minute and rarely longer than that.

FXOpen rules on scalping:

With limitations.
1) Stop Loss, Take Profit and Pending Orders 10 pips or more away from the current price;

2) Most of the trades must be open for more than 1 minute;

So the above "limitations" imposed by FXOpen would suggest FXOpen is not a scalping broker.

Therefore the answer to your question is at least one minute each trade.
