Orders closing outside price
My last 4 orders have all closed at takeprofit target set point.
Sadly this target was set at 1.49440 180 pips higher that current price (1.47640) last trade lasted less than a minute before closing 186 pips in profit.
Can my orders be reset.
login:1055
order: 203500
order: 203378
order: 203382
order: 203343
Thanks in advance. (like to reach level my way )

Our counterparty filled orders so your orders were filled too.
They have some technical issues now because they are publishing new build .

Hello FXOpen
Not to worry, only 40 points more to reach target.
Just placed new order with same target an seems to be back to normal.

Smooth days trading, no faults to report.
Didn't quite make my target (27 pips short at close) but managed over $4,000 profit on minimum 1 lot trades. (If my target is hit made that over $10,000 profit)

Still slight problem with orders not closing at set target over night (BST).
But back to normal today.

Platform still freezing up:
My Windows Task Manager shows (CPU 98) (Mem Usage 92,000k) During freeze.
Normal running (CPU 02 avg) (Mem Usage 4,000k avg) if any of this helps.

Platform running again (still hits 98 on CPU every few seconds, but returns to normal state CPU 02 ) Mem Usage 18,992k

Hello,
I can see that close price = tp on your picture. Could you explain this problem in detail?
In any case our counterparty executes TP not us.

Hello FXOpen
I placed a sell order on GBP/USD at 1.61575 on 29/May/09 the with a takeprofit of 1.60000 Once the order moved into what I call a winning stoploss I set my first stoploss, I continued to move the stoploss as the order increased in profit, until I reached 1.61320 and within seconds the order closed at 1.60000 but the current price was around 1.61300 all this took place over a 4 minute period (13.39 to 16.45 platform time)
It looks good on my balance, but it might cause a problem for your Broker if this happened on a real account.
I've closed what I think would get my account balance back on track by not taking a bigger profit on orders, but again it could be a big headache for your Broker if this bug can't be found.
Update: I've just checked back on my profits column and spotted this has happened twice on the same day I've changed the above type because I was looking at the wrong order, but this order don't seem right also.
Order number 217213
Order number 217220
Account number 1715
