 Problem closing stoploss orders
Hello FXOpen Manager
Slight problem with platform:
Will not close orders at stoploss level.
2 orders have stoplosses set at 1.46920 current price 1.47200. Did try another order to close at a loss of 1 pip and that worked ok.
Tried closing the platform and restarting it but still no luck.
Going off line soon for a couple of hours, will send you my login and password if you need to enter and see what is up.

Please don't send your password in an email or it may be deleted. Never send your password to a third party. FXOpen management and employees will never ask you for your password.
As for your stop losses, you mean the price goes past the stop loss level and keeps going? Or you mean it closes at a different price?

Did send the Manager details to see the problem before I spotted your reply.

order number 202352 (sell) 1.46045 S/L 1.46920 T/P 1.45770
order number 202365 (sell) 1.46480 S/L 1.46920 T/P 1.46045
Both orders still running at current price 1.47490
Hope this helps.
Update the S/L boxes show yellow as if the orders wanted to close but some how they seem to have locked open but the price and profit column is still running.

Both orders now closed, will try test again.
Buy 1.47320 S/L 1.47020 T/P 1.47620.
This order closed ok.
Will continue to test and only report back if any other faults occur.

Hi,
Ive been testing on demo acc #1115. First order until 8th trades were going fine and fast execution but on order 9th #202683 (buy), it cannot closed by its TP when price reached and passed its TP nor I can modify its SL/TP since then its always said off quotes till now how it should be? Thanx.

Problem back again, think we'll need to wait until next build, it must be a fault and not the off quotes other brokers use while large amounts of trading, the reason I think this, is because I was able to carry on placing new orders despite the locked trade not closing.
