Yes, that would be considered as churning with multiple accounts being traded from the same PC with different names.

If agent's account will not have any trading activity or agent's and referrals' trades will be diffferent then it will not be considered as churning.

Lets say, Agent A have client B, C, D, and so on. At one time, another Trader X, which is registered (no connection to all A, B, C, D, and so on), doing the trade for A, B, C, D, and so on via a vps with a common EA. Meaning that the Agent A and all his clients accounts are stationed in one roof by the Trader X and having trading activities by a common EA.

My question is, will Agent A get the commission from the trading activities? Will this also consider as churning?

That are churning because A,B,C,D and so on are trade using same IP address.
So all commission receive will remove.
The key - Agent cannot have same IP address with their referral.

While Agent A not doing any trade or trade in other vps (different IP).
This way, Agent A can get the commission. Is it right?

pdgfx, why not do away with the confusion of what is churning and what is not.

Just open a PAMM account and then you can set up offers and charge your own management fee. You also do not need to put a bunch of clients on the same VPS. If you really must use a VPS you would save by only having to host one user (yourself, the pamm manager).

This is a far better solution that going through all the permutations of how you can get around churning rules.

Also, remember with FXOpen's PAMM, you can use the performance verification of the PAMM list http://www.fxopen.com/Pamm/List.aspx as a marketing too to get even more clients than you would with your multiple people clogging up a VPS server.

If you living in same household you cannot refer each other because you referral will cannot have same information with you i.e address/ip address/telephone number or others.
