i got a question,

if someone using my referral link to register 2 account with the same address, will this detect as churning?

If that person have 2 account using same address its should be ok.
The situation are not ok or call churning when you and that person having same address registered.

A friend wants to open his own trading-account , using my ref-link.
He is new to Forex and is asking me to trade his account until he is ready to trade himself.
Of course he has his own address and IP.

I would login to his account and trade it.

Is this "churning" ?
I don�t think it is.
Any client could trade from different IP-addresses. Therefore there is no way to check if he is trading or if a friend is trading his account.

Am I correct ?

I have no intention to "churn".
I only help my friend and as a benefit will get commissions on the trades.

Hi,

If you want to trade you friend account its o.k but when that person join under you link account, its call churning when you look like using their name to open new account and registered under you account to get the commission. So i suggest please don't do like that because 1 days you will get caught when you are not realize you will share IP address because that happen many time when many client to cheating like that.

Maybe you don't want to cheating but its can happen when you are not realize when you open you mt4 then follow by you friend mt4 using same IP address. When the system detect only once time, you account already freeze and all commission will removed from you account.

Remember all IP address are recorded by our system. So better dont do when you know the mistake can happen in futures.

Besides if he still new in forex its better ask you friend to test with demo account.
Or you can open PAMM account to manage you friend account.

I have 4 friends join under me as referral, we are trading together at one place using one modem but all have its own laptop . But my internet service provider gives me dynamic ip address which is always changing. And when we check ip address online at the same time, all the laptops shows same ip address. Is your system detect it as churning as we all are using its own laptop.

Although you and your friends are trading with their own laptop, you cannot use the same modem to trade because If the same ip address detected, and this will be considered as churning.

Yes, friends can trade altogether by using the same IP, as long as they don't referring each other. thanks for RebateFX reminding.

If you account get freeze because of churning, all commission you received from illegal referral will remove 1st then if the balance are not enough, you will need to paid if wanna to enable back you trading account. If all illegal referral commission money already deducted and still have more balance you can request to enable back you trading account. All illegal referral on you listing will removed. And normally its will you 1st and the last warning, if still doing the same, you account will freeze without can request to enable back.

Hi

If you referral A open he account and then trading on referral B computer or using same IP with B, you dont get churning because they both not refer each other. Only if both of them open and trade on you pc and using same IP address with you that call churning because you are as Up-line for them.

if you give your investor password to referal to login, it is not considered to be churning!
The Investor's password may be used by other persons to access your trading account but only to review account activity and quotes. Investor's password does not allow trading operations execution.
But churning ( in simple language) is a process when your referral uses the same IP address as you. (the same computer). Very often this rule is violated by for example people who live in one appartment and use the same computer.

i'm renting a server in a hosting provider to run my EA. my referal is planning to share my renting host to use my EA too. can we do this , is it also called churning ?
