This is about Churning.

i got a problem about a churning.

My wife register the FXOpen account under my referral, using same address.

after i used internal transfer, churning detacted. how can i do about this. i worried about my account will be disable.

If u break the rule, normally u account will suspended or disable without warning. So its better don't try to break any rule.

if your account is detected in Churning and there will be Debt of some balance because of it then your account will be disabled from trading till repaying of the debt, but you will be able to login to your account though.

If our system detects that client gets commission from own accounts then that commission will be deleted.
If client continues to open accounts under own link his account can be disabled at all.

Coincidence of name, telephone number, home address, e-mail address (even one of this data) is considered as attempt of churning and commission from such accounts will be deleted as well.

Related people cannot be agents/referrals also.

how i want to cancel one of my account...?

if detected churning while im in trading.. all my trading auto stop..?? hmm seriously i dont know about this churning thing.. maybe my bad not read clearly in the term.. hmm i guest i no need the other account..!! i open a new acount in standart acc because in my fisrt trying test a standart acc only show 10 kind of trading (EU,GU,UJ,UCHF,UCAD,AU,NU,GCHF,GJ,EA) so i guess because i open in the same acc in my micro acc..!! so i wanna try another new acc.. then same thing happen n huh.. churning msg in my email appear.. hahaha.. i lost almost 50++ dolar because detected churning.. waaaaa feel really bad right now..!!

any idea about this..?

Sir, 1 client may have several accounts. If you already have an account with FXOpen and wanna open another account for yourself, you need to follow these steps:

1)log into MyFXOpen (https://cabinet.fxopen.com/Login.aspx) with your old account login and password
2) Choose ADD NEW ACCOUNT --> and choose account type
3) Fill in the registration form.

The new account will get a separate login, passwords and PIN. But the same name, address and e-mail as your old account. If you open a new account like this - this is NOT churning. And your old account will not receive commissions from trading in your new account.

BUT - if you use your partnership link from your old account and use it to open a new account for yourself - THIS IS CHURNING!

The clients are informed ahead of time what they shouldn't do to get their account disabled :-) That's better, i think.
First time churning detected - you get a warning and a churning account is removed from your referral list.
If you keep on using churning - your account may be disabled.

I found a website forextradingchoice.com that if i open account via their referral that i'll get 0.7pip rebate from them, so is it accepted by fxopen?

seen i can get rebate from my own trading then sometimes i may take advantages of the rebate system by using hedging technique to earn the pip. so can fxopen take it?

What you describe is not churning as long as you yourself do not run the rebate web site.

if someone using my referral link to register 2 account with the same address, will this detect as churning?
