Hi ,
1st step, upload documentation ( national ID and utility bill ) at trader cabinet. The document must clear if not the document will rejected and u need to upload new documentation.
After done that
2nd step, please, e-mail your account's number with request to finance@fxopen.com. Remember only send u account number with request to verify u account. If u send documentation to finance department email, u request will rejected immediately without verify.
3rd step, please be patient, finance need time to verify u account.

What u send to finance department? If u send any document attach with that email, u request will rejected.
N make sure u check u email maybe u documentation cannot accepted to verify. Normally finance will send u an email for any comment if u document cannot prove for verification.
If u use yahoo email, u should change to other email.

To change email u need send an email to finance@fxopen.com, attach with ID, then mention u request, also list u new email n old email.

Are u sending any document with emailing to finance@fxopen.com ?
If u send any document attach on email, u request will rejected.
If not u need to check u documentation again, maybe u document not approve because the documentation cannot accepted. Normally in this situation, finance will reply back u email. If u don't received any email from finance, please check u email, if u using yahoo, try to change the email because Yahoo mail system does not always deliver mail from FXOpen on a timely basis.
* Normally when client sending email to finance for faster verification, its only take 1-2 working days to get verify.

Situation 1
If u have 2 account under 1 trader cabinet, then 1 from that already status verify u don't need to verify another one. U just need to verify either 1 of 2 account u had in 1 trader cabinet.
Situation 2
If u have 2 document upload then only 1 approve while another 1 document not approve, that mean u document not approved cannot accepted to verify u trading account. Normally finance will reply with email regarding this situation. Finance will explain why they don't accept then verify that document. So u need to upload the new document.

Hmm ok....maybee i dit something wrong??? is it possible to bee my own referal??? or is this disallowed??? maybee thats the reason why they dit not verify my other account??
